Compared to Blackhawk Stomp II, NAR 4 bag and Chinook Tactical Medical Kit, IMHO I believe this is the best one for the money and the medical operator. BDS tactical is the right balance of capacity and durability and modular options for the mission. *** spend the extra cash and get the Velcro internal pouches more options*** I preferred the non-padded shoulder straps so no interference with body armour….”We do not rise to the occasion, we fall to our level of training”

When I first got this pack. I thought it might be too thin? But this pack can really take some gear. After training at Fort Sam Houston TX. I picked up one of these packs. Best thing I ever did! Highly Recomend!!
